Alpha leverages AI-driven 1-on-1 instruction to help students complete core academics in roughly two hours per day. The remaining time is devoted to life skills, passion projects, and meaningful personal development. At Alpha’s most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor whose own track record defines excellence: someone capable of reading the environment, establishing expectations, and guiding them through resistance, distractions, and doubt.

Your role isn’t to deliver instruction. The AI manages academic content. Your role is to inspire, coach, and apply the same exacting standards to students that you’ve applied to yourself. Forty percent of your time is spent in direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions that identify obstacles and set challenging goals. Another forty percent involves facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery rather than engagement.

The final twenty percent is dedicated to leading focused morning sessions that build a culture where mediocrity has no place.

The trajectory here is mastery, not promotion. You begin by absorbing Alpha’s approach and earning students’ trust. Within months, you become the person they trust enough to push them beyond their perceived limits. The payoff isn’t a title change. It’s staying with the same students year after year, remaining in their corner as they grow. • Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and student performance data to identify obstacles, establish ambitious objectives, and ensure accountability for execution.
• Facilitate structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery, drawing on authentic examples from your own elite background, and evaluating mastery through Alpha’s Test2

• Establish the campus cultural standard each morning through focused sessions that embed high-performance expectations across the student body.
• Monitor student advancement in real time and refine coaching approaches based on evidence, not intuition.
• Cultivate trusted mentoring relationships with students and families through unwavering standards, reliability, and documented motivation strategies.

• Deliver lessons, create curriculum, or evaluate assignments—Alpha’s AI-driven academic platform manages instruction; your focus is motivation.
• Present to a class of 30 students (your work is intensive coaching in small settings, not one-to-many instruction).
• Supervise other personnel or advance through an administrative track (this role centers on direct student influence, not organizational hierarchy).
• Attend faculty meetings or navigate institutional bureaucracy (your hours remain dedicated to students).
• Compromise standards to meet targets (if a student achieves 99%, your task is to determine what prevented 100%).

Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at Alpha’s highest-expectation campuses.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one instance of exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain (examples: national or international…
