Art Teacher – Greenwich – April 2026

We are seeking a confident and adaptable Art Teacher to join a Secondary School in Greenwich. This full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3‑5, helping students develop their practical and theoretical skills while preparing for GCSEs and post‑16 pathways.

Position: Art Teacher (Full‑time, Permanent)
Start Date: April 2026
Working Pattern: Term‑time only
Salary: Inner London MPS/UPS

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3‑5 that develop students’ artistic skills and creative expression.
• Support students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, including those with SEMH, ASD, and behavioural needs.
• Prepare students for GCSE assessments and guide portfolio development for post‑16 study.
• Lead enrichment opportunities, including art exhibitions, workshops, and collaborative projects.
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support students’ academic and personal progress.
• Encourage students at risk of disengagement to remain motivated and reach their potential.

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree from a UK University
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
