Students at Alpha do not passively attend lectures. They advance through adaptive learning applications at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your objective is to ensure three core commitments are fulfilled for every child in your cohort: genuine enthusiasm for school, learning velocity at 2x traditional pace, and acquisition of skills beyond any textbook's scope.

You will simultaneously coach the Guides responsible for delivering these same outcomes across your campus.

Data informs every decision, and every interaction occurs face-to-face. Your time divides between direct work with your student cohort and coaching your Guide team — with identical expectations for both: quantifiable advancement, without exception. When a Guide's session under performs, you do not generate documentation; instead, you observe, debrief, and resolve the issue that same afternoon.

You will witness reserved children present with confidence before adults. You will see students who previously "despised school" request extended time. And you will recognize that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their growth, because upholding high expectations demonstrates genuine belief in someone's ability to meet them.

Your role may involve establishing a completely new campus from the ground up and defining the foundational culture that will shape the school. As the campus develops, your emphasis transitions from operational founder to coaching leader, cultivating the team that will expand Alpha's model throughout your region.

• Facilitating one-hour interactive life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with students in grades K-8 on subjects such as public speaking and concentration, adhering to Alpha's established framework
• Conducting daily motivation sessions designed to achieve 100% student completion of weekly app-based learning targets through age-appropriate incentive systems including school currency and performance leaderboards
• Developing Guides via direct observation, precise feedback, and practical training to ensure they facilitate sessions with equivalent energy and execution quality
• Analyzing Coachbot data and individual student profiles to pinpoint students requiring intervention, then providing direct personal support
• Directly mentoring your assigned student cohort, demonstrating the coaching and motivational techniques you require from all Guides

• Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum. Students engage with adaptive learning apps; your responsibility is elevating the people who support them.
• Delivering traditional classroom lectures. You operate as 80% entertainer, 20% subject expert; if you prefer standing at a whiteboard, this role does not suit you.
• Compromising standards due to pressure from parents or school administrators. When a student achieves 99%, the response is "not yet" — and you will have organizational support to maintain that standard.
• Working from an office processing administrative documents. The majority of your day involves direct engagement with students and Guides.
• Waiting extended periods for performance evaluation. Results appear in real-time through Coachbot and adjustments occur immediately.
