Alpha School seeks a Student Performance Strategist to mentor high‑achieving students using AI-assisted instruction. You will motivate, coach, and uphold elite standards, while AI delivers academics. Forty percent of your time is coaching, forty percent life-skills workshops, and twenty percent morning culture sessions.
You work in person at Alpha campuses (Greenwich, CT among others) as a Contractor of Record for Crossover, with a compensation of $75 per hour and weekly payments.
