Alpha leverages AI to deliver 1-on-1 academic instruction, enabling students to complete core learning in roughly two hours each day. Your role is not instructional. AI manages the academic content. Your responsibility is to motivate, coach, and uphold the same exacting standards you've applied to your own life. Forty percent of your time is spent in direct 1-on-1 and small-group sessions that identify obstacles and establish ambitious targets. Another forty percent involves facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery rather than engagement alone.

The final twenty percent is devoted to morning kickoffs that set a daily tone where mediocrity has no place.

The trajectory here emphasizes depth over advancement. You begin by mastering Alpha's methodology and earning student trust. Within months, you become the person they allow to push them beyond their perceived limits. The payoff isn't upward mobility. • Delivering lessons, creating curriculum, or grading work — Alpha's AI-driven academic platform manages instruction; your focus is motivation
• Presenting to a full classroom of 30 students (your work centers on high-impact coaching with small groups, not large-scale instruction)
• Supervising other personnel or advancing through an administrative hierarchy (this role prioritizes direct student impact over organizational management)
• Attending faculty meetings or dealing with institutional bureaucracy (your schedule remains student-focused)
