Crossover is hiring for a full-time, in-person Life Skills Coach at our Greenwich, CT campus. You will coach K-3 students through workshops and coaching sessions, using AI-powered tools to track progress and help learners meet ambitious weekly targets.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years working with children aged 4–9, and a proven ability to motivate and support students toward challenging goals.
