** Job Details:
** Responsible for various maintenance and installation traffic signal equipment.  This is a critical operations role that optimizes the performance of field equipment for cities, counties, and states. This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial independent decision-making authority.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* · Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to new and other FAE’s
· Assist in the growth and development of team and processes
· Provide signal turn on set up, installing and initiating the operations and servicing of equipment at a field site.
· Set up and configure traffic control equipment - cabinets, controllers, video detection equipment, ect.
· Troubleshooting of traffic control devices.
· Train public agency engineers and signal technicians on traffic signal equipment
· Identify and analyze equipment malfunctions and utilize various maintenance and repair manuals, test equipment, wiring diagrams, schematics, electronic devices and electrical equipment.
· Rework, repair, test, troubleshoot and maintain equipment
· Maintain records of all maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements.
· Perform other related duties as required.

Cubic Pay Range:
* Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
