EXO Talent Partners has been retained by a well-established aerospace & defense manufacturer in Southern Connecticut to identify a Technical Sales professional to drive new business growth within highly engineered product lines.
This is a true business development role — not account maintenance.
What This Role Requires- Proven ability to hunt and win new business in complex technical environments
- Experience selling engineered products into OEMs, primes, or defense contractors
- Strong technical aptitude (engineering background helpful, not required)
- Ability to translate technical capability into commercial opportunity
- 5–12 years of experience in technical B2B sales
- Aerospace & defense background preferred (adjacent industries considered)
- Experience working within structured, compliance-driven environments
This is an on-site position in Southern Connecticut with approximately 30–40% domestic travel.
