We are seeking a Performance Engineer to support the optimization and performance analysis of utility-scale solar assets. This role will focus on improving solar plant performance through data analytics, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational insights across a large solar portfolio.
Responsibilities- Analyze solar system performance using DAS and SCADA platforms
- Perform data extraction, reporting, and performance evaluations
- Support troubleshooting of solar hardware and operational issues
- Coordinate site onboarding and assist with system performance modelling
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve asset efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Solar Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in solar performance engineering, analytics, or optimization
- Experience with DAS platforms, SCADA systems, and solar performance analysis
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within solar operations
