• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial and market data for use in investor communications and presentations
• Develop, format, and quality-check reports, decks, and other materials for internal and external meetings
• Maintain and update communication channels such as company websites, press releases, and corporate announcements
• Draft and edit content including investor updates, marketing collateral, and internal communications (e.g., newsletters, social content)
• Support meeting preparation and coordination, including complex multi-timezone scheduling
• Draft investor correspondence and manage follow-up documentation
• Maintain accurate investor records, contact databases, and filing systems
• Assist with execution and distribution of legal and investor-related documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of professional experience in investor relations, finance, or a related analytical or communications role preferred
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
