VP​/SVP Evergreen Fund Services

Our client is an alternative investment technology platform. They seek a VP/SVP Evergreen Fund Services to join their Greenwich, CT office.

• Conduct in-depth reviews of monthly NAV packages produced by external fund administrators
• Match cash balances, holdings, and transactional activity between administrator records and custodial reports
• Assess portfolio valuation support to confirm consistency with information provided by the sponsor and independent valuation specialists
• Recompute management and performance-based fee calculations to confirm correctness
• Authorize fund-level expense payments and review related accruals for accuracy and completeness
• Participate in the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules for periodic regulatory filings
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external audit firms, coordinating the annual audit process from planning through completion
• Assist with the drafting and review of interim event-driven regulatory reports, including those related to investor activity
• Determine proration methodologies for oversubscribed periodic liquidity events.
• Help design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting to support compliance with applicable regulations
• Drive operational enhancements and workflow improvements to strengthen the effectiveness and reliability of the fund finance function

• 8-15 years of relevant experience
• Registered funds experience required; 40 Act; 34 Act;
  Evergreen funds
• Experience at a large alternative investment firm is a plus
• Strong understanding of NAC calculations, portfolio valuations processes, fee mechanics, and fund-level expense structures
• Ability to act as a central coordinator across internal teams and external partners
