Job Title: Corporate Controller
Location: Cos Cob, CT (5 days onsite)
Compensation: Up to $200K base DOE + ~$150K bonus potential

A publicly traded, multi-entity organization is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its accounting function during a period of growth and transformation. This is a highly visible role reporting to the CFO, with ownership over consolidations, SOX compliance, and financial reporting, along with involvement in M&A and system enhancements.

• Lead all accounting operations, including consolidations and eliminations
• Oversee SOX compliance and ensure strong internal controls
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Support public company reporting and audit readiness
• Partner on M&A activity and integration of new entities
• Drive ERP and process improvements across the finance function
• Prepare materials and present to executive leadership and board

• CPA required
• Big 4 background
• Public company experience
• Strong expertise in SOX, consolidations, and technical accounting
• Experience with M&A and/or system implementations

• Executive presence with ability to interact at the board level
• Hands-on leader who can build and improve processes
• High-drive, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Direct exposure to CFO and executive team
