Reporting to the Managing Partner, the VP handles fund-level financial leadership and full-cycle transaction support, serving as strategic advisor to managing partners, investment team, and portfolio company leadership.
Responsibilities include building Amphora's finance function encompassing budgeting, fund financials, LP reporting, taxes, compliance, and treasury, as well as overseeing quarterly valuation processes and interpreting partnership agreement terms. Requires 7+ years in an investment company including 2-5 years of PE industry experience, with prior VP or Director-level experience at a PE or VC firm strongly preferred.
