This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure well beyond traditional FP&A, partnering directly with investment professionals, executive leadership, operating companies, accounting, legal, and investor relations teams on some of the firm's most strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop financial models and analyses used to support capital allocation and strategic decision-making
- Support fair value reporting and performance analysis across portfolio investments
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership
- Analyze capital structure, leverage, financing arrangements, and covenant compliance
- Assist with capital raise initiatives and investor due diligence requests
Support investment financing, refinancing, and restructuring transactions - Participate in corporate development and M&A-related initiatives
- Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements across the platform
- Partner closely with Deal Teams, Subsidiary Companies, Accounting, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Legal
- High visibility role supporting senior leadership and key decision makers
- Exposure to portfolio management, strategic finance, corporate development, and capital markets activities

- Broad exposure to acquisitions, financing transactions, capital raises, and investment performance analysis
- 2-6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Strategic Finance, Portfolio Analytics, or related fields
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to synthesize complex financial information into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and solutions-oriented
