Corporate Finance; FP&A & Portfolio Management Associate

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure well beyond traditional FP&A, partnering directly with investment professionals, executive leadership, operating companies, accounting, legal, and investor relations teams on some of the firm's most strategic initiatives.

• Develop financial models and analyses used to support capital allocation and strategic decision-making
• Support fair value reporting and performance analysis across portfolio investments
• Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership
• Analyze capital structure, leverage, financing arrangements, and covenant compliance
• Assist with capital raise initiatives and investor due diligence requests
  
  Support investment financing, refinancing, and restructuring transactions
• Participate in corporate development and M&A-related initiatives
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements across the platform
• Partner closely with Deal Teams, Subsidiary Companies, Accounting, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Legal

• High visibility role supporting senior leadership and key decision makers
• Exposure to portfolio management, strategic finance, corporate development, and capital markets activities

• 2-6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, Strategic Finance, Portfolio Analytics, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to synthesize complex financial information into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and solutions-oriented
