Real Estate Investment - Senior Analyst​/Associate

Amity Companies is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join our team focused on investing in affordable housing properties and platforms. • Analyze investment opportunities sourced through brokers, investment bankers, and off‑market channels.
• Assist with due diligence on property acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions.
• Interface with property managers, contractors, and third‑party service providers to implement asset business plans.
• Support special projects including corporate private equity and structured financing.
• Other duties as required.

• 2+ years of experience in affordable housing investment, development, finance, or asset management.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Willingness to travel (~25%).
