This is Hybrid role (4 days in office /1 day remote)
About your Team:
The Professional Services Team serves as the main service desk dedicated to supporting our hedge fund and institutional clients. Our team members manage and own client inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
Our hands‑on training program is specifically designed for entry‑level candidates, pairing you with a mentor and allowing you to work within a cohesive team in a nurturing environment that fosters a supportive culture. As you progress, you'll have access to rotational opportunities. Series 7 sponsorship is also available, should you choose to pursue it.
What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
- Assist with client inquiries received via telephone, e‑mail, tickets, and chats
- Investigate and resolve a wide variety of client questions and issues, and helping with prospective client inquiries
- Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience
What required skill’s you need:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably finance or economics – all major’s welcome
- Working with clients in any capacity
- Ability to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, problem‑solve, and elevate complex issues
- Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
