Greenwich, CT | Merchant Banking, M&A & Principal Investing

Our client, a boutique Merchant Bank based in Greenwich, Connecticut, is seeking two Associates to join its growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside senior bankers and investors on live M&A transactions, strategic advisory mandates, and a differentiated merchant banking platform that includes a principal-backed SPAC initiative focused on identifying, acquiring, and building businesses at the intersection of National Security, Government Technology, and Commercial Technology
.

What You'll Do
  • Support execution of live M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements

  • Work directly with senior executives, founders, and management teams
Why This Opportunity Is Different
  • Direct exposure from day one – Work closely with Partners, CEOs, and senior decision-makers.

  • True merchant banking model – Participate in both advisory assignments and principal investing opportunities.
  • Meaningful responsibility early – Take ownership of substantive work streams rather than spending years focused solely on process management and presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial platform – The firm's vision is inspired by the M. Klein & Co. model and the highly successful Churchill Capital SPAC franchise, creating an environment that blends investment banking, investing, and company building.
Qualifications
