Family Office Finance Associate, AQR Capital Management, Greenwich

AQR Capital Management is hiring a Finance Associate to support its in-house Family Office function within the Finance team. The role builds accounting and reporting infrastructure and covers partner reporting on AQR ownership interests, the internal seed capital program, estate-planning administration and charitable-giving documentation. Suits a family-office/private-banking accountant with 3-5 years' experience and strong Excel.

Support AQR's Family Office function within the Finance team. Primary duties include building accounting and reporting infrastructure; overseeing partner reporting on AQR ownership interests; managing the internal seed capital program; coordinating estate-planning administration; handling charitable-giving documentation; and identifying process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a family office or private-banking setting. Essential skills include strong accounting capabilities, attention to detail, project-management abilities, interpersonal communication and advanced Excel proficiency.
