JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting in the agency's provision of a range of behavioral health and substance use services.
- This position primarily operates within the behavioral health, substance use services, and contractual programs, providing program oversight, direct services, and supervision.
- The Senior Clinician assists in oversight of the overall programmatic functions, administrative functions, and daily activities, including clinical supervision of staff, and performs the duties of a clinician under the supervision of the Director of Outpatient Services.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or other Human Services related field from an accredited College/University.
- Connecticut Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) is required.
- Ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience post Master's delivering behavioral health services and SUD to children, adolescents, adults and families.
Full-Time, Exempt
SALARY$62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
