$48–$55 per hour
Healing Springs Wellness Center is an integrative, culturally affirming mental health and wellness center dedicated to trauma-informed, holistic care. We support clients through EMDR, somatic therapy, and integrative wellness services within a safe, inclusive, and restorative healing environment.
We are currently seeking an EMDR-trained therapist who is passionate about trauma recovery and aligned with whole-person healing. This is an opportunity to grow your clinical practice in a supportive, collaborative environment where your work is valued and supported.
What You’ll Do- Provide trauma-informed therapy to adults, teens, and/or families
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven clinical team
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and wellness-focused events as needed
- Uphold ethical, culturally responsive care
- Connecticut license: LMFT, LMFTA, LPC, LPCA, LCSW, or LMSW
- EMDR trained with at least 1 year of clinical application
- Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience
Interest in integrative, trauma-informed care - Ability to work hybrid, including some in-person sessions in Plantsville
