Associate Clinician — Adolescent & Family Therapy

Redwood Psychology Group is a boutique, depth-oriented practice specializing in adolescent and family therapy in Fairfield County, CT. We're looking for a thoughtful, relational clinician to join our team as our first associate, someone who believes that sustainable change happens through insight, connection, and the repair of key relationships. This is not a high-volume, symptom-reduction only model. We work deeply with adolescents, their parents, and family systems and we take seriously the quality of the clinical relationships we build.

• Individual therapy with adolescents and young adults
• Parent-focused therapy and consultation
• Family therapy when clinically indicated
• Weekly clinical consultation with Dr. Bernstein — focused on formulation, relational process, and clinical decision‑making
• Caseload builds intentionally to 15 sessions/week, paced based on fit and referral flow
• Some late afternoon/early evening availability required

• Licensed LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in CT; NY license or eligibility a plus
• Experience or strong interest in adolescent and family work
• Reflective and relational — comfortable engaging parents as part of treatment
• Orientation toward psychodynamic, relational, or mentalization‑based approaches
• Clinically curious, reliable, and invested in doing the work well

Weekly individual supervision provided by Dr. Bernstein at no cost — focused on case formulation, relational process, and your development as a clinician. This is a genuine investment, not a checkbox.

45% of collections. Session rates range from  300– 425 based on licensure and clinical fit — most sessions fall in the  325– 375 range. At a full caseload of 15 sessions/week, this represents approximately  94,000– 116,000 annually. Malpractice, office space, billing support, and supervision all included at no cost to you.
