Job Responsibilities

Providing personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
Assisting with household tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Offering companionship and support for social engagement and activities.
Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Promoting client safety, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Handling emergencies and escalating concerns in a calm and professional manner.
Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
