We are looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who’s aligned with our mission of whole-person healing.

Healing Springs Wellness Center is an integrative, culturally affirming mental health and wellness center dedicated to whole-person healing. We provide trauma-informed services including EMDR, somatic therapy, Reiki, massage, and wellness workshops. Our mission is to normalize mental health care, reduce barriers to access, and create a safe, inclusive environment where healing feels empowering and possible. At Healing Springs Wellness Center, we’re expanding our integrative care team. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist who aligns with our mission of whole-person healing. If you’re rooted in bodywork and open to holistic healing practices, we’d love to connect.

• Provide high-quality massage therapy using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, etc.
• Offer culturally sensitive, trauma-informed bodywork that supports emotional and physical healing
• Educate clients about their treatment plans and collaborate with them on holistic wellness goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using our client systems
• Prepare your work area with intention—clean, calm, and ready to receive
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists and wellness practitioners
• Participate in occasional marketing and community wellness events
• Arrive at least 20 minutes before your first scheduled session and complete all follow-ups before departure

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the State of Connecticut
• Liability insurance required
• Minimum 2 years of massage therapy experience preferred
• Training in complementary modalities (e.g., Reiki, craniosacral therapy, reflexology) is a plus
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• A passion for holistic healing and supporting diverse populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
