Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA)

Job Summary:

New Patterns ABA - CT is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Provide in-home and community-based behavioral assessments, skill acquisition training, and skill maintenance strategies

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans

• Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection

• Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services

• Demonstrate a commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in all aspects of practice
