Innis Arden Golf Club in Greenwich, CT, offers a year-long J1 F&B Trainee Manager program designed to develop frontline and management skills across Dining, Front of House, and Member Services.
The program includes hands-on rotation, performance-based bonuses, provided accommodation near the club for $35/week, meals on shift, and a 40-hour week with overtime rates. Candidates may hold a university degree in hospitality or have 5 years' hospitality experience, and must be eligible for a J1 visa.
