Position Description

We are adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to the People and Performance team to own full-cycle recruiting for the firm: investment team hires from Analyst through Vice President, plus corporate roles across finance, legal and compliance, investor relations, technology, and administration. The role runs from intake and sourcing through offer, then continues into onboarding. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, self-motivated, and high-energy, and thrives in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Intake and strategy. Partner with Managing Directors and functional leaders to scope roles, define success profiles, and set search strategy, timelines, and compensation expectations.
  • Sourcing. Source directly through Linked In Recruiter, referrals, alumni networks, and targeted research into competitor and adjacent talent pools. Build warm pipelines ahead of repeat roles.
  • Screening and process. Run first-round screens against the firm's competency framework, coordinate interviews across demanding calendars, administer case studies, facilitate debriefs, and conduct structured reference checks.
  • Offers and closing. Prepare offer recommendations, extend and negotiate offers, and stay close to candidates through resignation and start date.
  • Onboarding. Own the new hire experience from signed offer through the first 90 days: pre-start logistics, systems and equipment, day one, role-specific onboarding plans, and 30, 60, and 90 day check-ins.
  • Systems and reporting. Own the applicant tracking system and recruiting data. Produce hiring updates for firm leadership, draft job descriptions and postings, and manage the firm's candidate-facing presence.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification not required
  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting in a high growth environment, with prior agency or executive search experience at a leading firm a plus

  • Advanced direct sourcing capability, deep fluency in pipeline strategy and candidate assessment, and strong command of compensation and market dynamics
  • Experience with, or strong interest in, financial services hiring such as private equity, investment banking, and asset management is a strong preference
  • Fluent with AI tools and comfortable putting them…
