We’re partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization that is looking to add an experienced Employee Relations Coordinator to their growing HR team!

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees, supporting managers, and helping build a positive workplace culture.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, support, and engagement
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, stay interviews, focus groups, and exit interviews
• Support performance evaluations, 90-day reviews, and performance concerns
• Assist with disciplinary actions and ensure HR policy compliance
• Maintain employee records, personnel action forms, and HR policies
• Support mentorship, training, and staff development programs
• Partner with Accounting & Finance on payroll, budgeting, and position management
• Assist with audits, unemployment hearings, and HR data integrity

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Experience with an HRIS; Paycom is preferred
• Strong software and communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Nonprofit experience is a plus
