iCapital is looking to hire a Head of Enterprise Applications to join the Corporate Technology team. This role is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of the company’s core business platforms, including CRM, workflow and automation (Service Now), and financial systems. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Technology, this leader will drive the evolution of a modern, integrated, and automation‑enabled application ecosystem that supports revenue growth, financial operations, and enterprise‑wide efficiency.

• Define and execute enterprise applications strategy across CRM, financial systems, and workflow platforms.
• Own and evolve Salesforce as the core revenue platform, alongside Service Now and financial systems.
• Drive enterprise‑wide automation and workflow transformation initiatives.
• Partner with the Sales, Operations, Finance teams and corporate leaders to align technology with business priorities.
• Establish product ownership, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across all applications.
• Lead integration strategy across enterprise platforms in alignment with architecture standards.
• Identify opportunities to scale and optimize Salesforce capabilities to support growth.
• Partner with AI Enablement to embed intelligent automation and AI‑driven features into platforms.
• Optimize vendor relationships, licensing, and total cost of ownership.
• Build and lead a high‑performing applications organization with clear accountability.

• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise applications or business systems at scale
• Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem is required
• Strong understanding of Service Now, financial systems, and enterprise workflows
• Proven track record of scaling CRM platforms in complex environments
• Experience leading multi‑platform enterprise application portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Operations and Finance teams
• Able to operate strategically while driving execution and measurable outcomes
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Pega (BPM) is a plus

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $230,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full‑time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday‑Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
