We are hiring for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a fast‑paced financial services environment supporting global end users, executive leadership, and enterprise infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide global desktop and end‑user support across office and remote environments
  • Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Online environments
  • Support Citrix Cloud, Azure VDA/VDI platforms, and remote connectivity solutions
  • Manage and troubleshoot HP Workstations, Thin Clients, Lenovo laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing systems
  • Support Cisco VoIP technologies, including Webex, Unified CM, and Unity Connection
  • Troubleshoot networking issues, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VDI connectivity
  • Support Bloomberg and other market data applications
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, device inventory, asset tracking, office moves, and service tickets through JIRA Service Desk
  • Deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining strong documentation and operational standards
Required Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE 5-8 years of Desktop Support experience within a hedge fund, investment advisor, or financial services environment
  • Strong expertise supporting Office 365, Windows environments, Citrix, Azure VDI, and mobile device management platforms
  • Experience with Zoom, Neat, Poly conferencing systems, and Cisco collaboration tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple issues in a high‑pressure environment
  • Experience supporting remote users and resolving VPN/VDI connectivity issues
Preferred Skills
  • Power Shell scripting, automation, SCCM packaging, or related systems management experience
  • Strong understanding of desktop support best practices and IT service delivery processes
