Risk Compliance Engineering Associate​/Analyst

Our Risk, Compliance, and Legal Engineering team is seeking a Software Engineer to help design, build, deploy, and maintain a suite of business-critical applications. The team is collaborative, highly productive, and works closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology stakeholders to develop solutions that support regulatory, operational, and business processes across the organization.

You will participate in the design, development, enhancement, and support of Risk, Compliance, and Legal technology solutions, from gathering business requirements through production support. Working closely with business users, engineering teams, and infrastructure groups, you will help build scalable systems, automate workflows, and improve data accessibility across the organization. The role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies while contributing to a fast-paced development environment.

• Analyze business requirements and support application development initiatives

• Develop and support APIs, integrations, and application workflows

• Aggregate, transform, and manage data from internal and external sources

• Implement business logic and support system integrations

• Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and workflow tools for business users

• Enhance and support production applications and business processes

• Collaborate with development teams to expose and consume data through well-defined interfaces

• Monitor applications and operational processes while assisting with troubleshooting and performance optimization

• Utilize approved AI tools and emerging technologies to improve software development and business processes

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 2+ years of programming experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, and/or .NET

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment

• 2+ years of experience working with data analysis or data-driven applications

• Experience with web application development, APIs, cloud technologies, data visualization platforms, or AI-assisted development tools

• Exposure to technologies such as Angular, CSS, Tableau, AWS, RESTful services, and microservices

• Experience with in financial services, asset management, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus
