Financial Systems Analyst; NetSuite

Our client, a high-growth Fin Tech organization, is looking to add a Financial Systems Analyst to their team. This is a systems-first role for someone who is a genuine Net Suite super-user, is curious about technology and process improvement, and is excited about the evolving use of AI in finance, backed by a foundation in accounting. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our financial systems (Net Suite and Concur).

You'll support Net Suite configuration and administration, help evaluate and apply AI capabilities within Net Suite, and administer travel and expense (T&E) in Concur. You'll also assist with accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and month-end close.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SME and system owner for Net Suite and Concur, guiding how the platforms are configured, used, and improved across the finance function
• Administer Net Suite across reporting, saved searches, workflows, and user access, handling testing, data validation, and troubleshooting within established review and approval controls
• Explore and put to work Net Suite's AI capabilities, along with other approved AI-enabled finance tools, to sharpen efficiency, reporting, and user support
• Own T&E administration in Concur, from user support and testing to reporting and continuous process improvement
• Test and help roll out system enhancements, releases, integrations, and broader finance transformation efforts, documenting results and keeping clean support behind them
• Keep process documentation, user guidance, system records, and internal-control support current and audit-ready
• Assist in month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and assigned balance-sheet and income-statement accounts such as prepaids, fixed assets, and accruals
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and other teams on ad hoc requests and special projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-8 years of experience across financial systems and accounting
• Super-user in Net Suite, with hands-on configuration and administration experience (reporting, saved searches, workflows, user access, testing, and troubleshooting)
• Experience with Concur and T&E administration
• Solid working knowledge of accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end close
• Practical fluency with AI tools and automation
