Associate HRIS Product Lead – Workday

• Deliver operational excellence and functional support within the HR Systems team
• Evolve and maintain the Benefits, Compensation, and Time and Absence technology portfolio and roadmap
• Partner with HRIS leadership, HR business owners, and business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions with limited guidance
• Deliver configuration changes and enhancements with documentation and testing
• Manage configuration, business processes, security and compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing activities
• Manage assigned deliverables through the delivery lifecycle
• Maintain documentation, testing evidence, and deployment readiness
• Gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Lead complex troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Identify root causes and recommend preventive actions
• Configure, test, and process mass data loads via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with functional subject matter experts, IT, and users
• Support end-user inbound requests and escalations
• Develop knowledge-management collateral for training and education efforts
