Sacred Heart Greenwich is seeking a Full-Time Technical Support Specialist/Media Specialist to support students, faculty and staff in a dynamic school setting with a 1:1 laptop program for grades 5-12. The role covers help-desk duties, hardware/software troubleshooting, and AV support for events, with occasional after-hours work.
The ideal candidate will have strong Mac and Windows experience, proficiency with Jamf Pro, and the ability to train users.
