Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Subrogation Coordinator to join our client services department. This is an exciting opportunity to support our subrogation team, build strong client relationships, and contribute to efficient service delivery. Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate insurance claims by reviewing accident reports, witness statements, and related documentation to assess liability and identify subrogation potential.
  • Assign cases to internal or external legal counsel and manage communication flow throughout the process.
  • Negotiate settlements with third parties or their insurance carriers to recover costs.
  • Process and track recoveries, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in the claims management system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding subrogation files and status updates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new client accounts and adjust service protocols as needed.
  • Collaborate with benefit consultants, claim administrators, and vendors to obtain necessary documentation.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as Account Management, Client Services, or similar insurance preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess liability and recovery potential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiation and collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies, legal procedures, and claims management software.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hub Spot) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
