A growing credit asset manager located in Greenwich, CT is seeking a professional for a unique hybrid investment and legal position. You will be part of the CLO investment team, responsible for analyzing and negotiating documentation, conducting due diligence, and managing relationships with dealers and service providers. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctorate and have 2-5 years of relevant experience in leveraged lending or securities law, along with strong presentation and teamwork skills.
