COMPENSATION: Hourly - $23

Burning Tree Country Club is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-focused Tennis Maintenance Attendant to support the daily upkeep and presentation of the Club’s racquets facilities.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the tennis and paddle areas, including courts, pro shop, patio spaces, and related facilities. Through consistency, attentiveness, and strong work ethic, the Tennis Maintenance Attendant helps ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for Members and guests participating in the Club’s racquets programs.

- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of tennis courts, paddle courts, patio areas, and tennis pro shop spaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of the tennis facility bathrooms through regular rounds and upkeep
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash and recycling removal, and towel collection
- Maintain tennis courts through sweeping, rolling, clay maintenance, and court preparation
- Maintain patio areas and furniture
- Restock beverages and related supplies in tennis areas
- Perform weekly cleaning assignments such as window cleaning, clay removal, court repair, and application of calcium chloride
- Maintain and properly operate the tennis maintenance vehicle and equipment
- Respond promptly to Member and supervisor requests
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the Director of Racquets
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Assist occasionally with coat check or event support when required
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in maintaining assigned areas
- Complete assigned duties efficiently and accurately
- Operate Club equipment safely and according to procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
