Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the consistent production of a high-quality product in a baking facility while incorporating safety and sanitation standards. Responsible for leading pre-shift and lead meetings during scheduled shifts. Responsible for keeping accurate production counts for all products. Implement Company initiatives such as manufacturing transformation, ODI record keeping, SOPs, etc.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a fresh baked goods, bread and roll facility or in a process manufacturing environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
