The Per Diem Pediatric Outpatient Infusion Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for registered nurses with pediatric experience who are looking for flexible work opportunities.

• Location: Greenwich, CT
• Schedule: Per Diem

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Respect patients' values, preferences, and expressed needs.
• Collect and analyze pertinent health data for diagnosis.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care delivery and transitions.
• Promote health and a safe environment.
• Evaluate progress toward health outcomes.

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.

Experience:

• 2-3 years pediatric or outpatient experience.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.
• Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
• Chemo certification preferred.
• Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.

• Participation in the SPIRE clinical advancement program.
