Atria is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to deliver personalized, home-based care for pediatric and adult members in the Westchester and Connecticut area. You’ll collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide preventive, primary, and urgent care in patients’ homes.
Responsibilities include minor procedures, phlebotomy, IV placement, point-of-care testing, and thorough documentation. Requires NY and CT RN licenses and 2+ years’ experience with phlebotomy and IV placement.
