Option Care Health is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite under a physician's plan of care. You will work under structured supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
The role requires an active RN license in the practice state, CPR certification, and 1 year of nursing experience; infusion nursing experience is preferred. Travel up to 100% may be required. Competitive pay range and benefits apply.
