What You'll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

+ Serve as the first point of clinical contact by triaging patient phone calls and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.

+ Coordinate and schedule new patient and follow-up appointments to ensure seamless continuity of care.

+ Provide exceptional nursing support and patient education in an outpatient medical office setting.

+ Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

+ Help maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-centered environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

+ Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license.

+ Previous Obstetrics (OB) experience.

+ Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient care skills.

+ Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

+ Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience using EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) software.

+ Previous experience in a busy outpatient or medical office setting.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwich, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
