American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an outpatient OB/GYN clinic role requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and Epic proficiency.

• Outpatient OB/GYN clinic setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Free parking available in any unrestricted space

• Active RN license (CT or Compact) required
• Current BLS certification required; NST certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN nursing experience required (1.5 years considered for Level I trauma or travel experience)
• Epic charting experience required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• One professional reference required
• Skilled in women's health procedures including pelvic exams, EFM, and management of high-risk OB conditions
• Proficient in specimen collection, medication administration, and patient triage

• Responsibilities include patient triage, chart preparation, EFM monitoring, and assisting with GYN procedures
• Handles office duties such as scheduling, referrals, insurance verification, and telephone triage
• Performs laboratory testing including glucose monitoring, urinalysis, and pregnancy testing
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates not accepted; must reside more than 75 miles from the facility
• Former staff must have separated from the organization for at least 2 years to be eligible as a travel RN
• Up to 7 days of RTO can be auto-approved
• Flu vaccine required with no declinations accepted; COVID vaccine/booster required except for religious or medical exemptions
