Job Description & How to Apply Below

The National Kidney Registry (NKR) is a rapidly growing (Revenue CAGR 50%+) medical technology company servicing the U.S. transplant industry. Based in Greenwich, CT, the organization’s mission is to save and improve the lives of people facing kidney failure by increasing the quality, speed, and number of living donor transplants in the world while protecting and supporting all living kidney donors.

Founded in 2007, the NKR has become the largest paired exchange program in the world. The NKR currently facilitates 28% of all U.S. living donor kidney transplants, has passed the $100M revenue run rate milestone, and recently launched a biotech start-up (Immuno Free) with a $10B+ market capitalization potential.

The NKR’s successful company culture is driven by an uncompromising commitment to high performance team principles and the drive to save and improve lives. To date, the NKR has facilitated over 12,100 living donor kidney transplants, removing these 12,100 patients from the deceased donor wait list , and allowing another 12,100 patients on the wait list to achieve a transplant.

The NKR is a family-run organization leveraging the principles of high-performance teams with the aim of doubling the number of living donor kidney transplants in the next 5 years. Achieving this will save thousands of lives and is expected to save the U.S. government billions of dollars in dialysis costs.
