HEI Hotels + Resorts - Up to $85000.00/year -  - Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the kitchen staff for procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel.;
Manage daily production, preparation, and presentation of food for restaurant and room service to quality standards.;
Recruit, hire, train, develop, empower, coach, and discipline kitchen staff; conduct performance reviews.;
Schedule and ensure sanitation and maintenance of kitchen and equipment; maintain safe work environment.;
Monitor and control labor and food costs; prepare reports to meet budgets.
