Job Description Responsibilities

• Supports the daily operations of merchandise, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment, under the guidance of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager.
• Demonstrates flexibility in communication styles and establishes positive interpersonal relationships.
• Evaluates progress against key performance drivers and assesses organizational opportunities and risks.
• Drives positive outcomes through setting objectives and measuring results while monitoring progress.
• Generates and shares original ideas, tackling both simple and complex problems.
• Processes inbound merchandise and presents it on the selling floor.
• Follows direction to maintain standards in placement and presentation.
• Participates in store projects as needed, including filling merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery, and supply replenishment.
• Locates requested merchandise within the store and completes orders placed by customers.
• Provides excellent customer service and acts quickly to address customers' needs.
• Performs ad hoc responsibilities when required.

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintains merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with visual standards.
• Possesses computer skills and proficiency in using available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms).
• Works a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed in accordance with state driver's license standards (select doors only).

Salary Range: $19.61 - $24.51 per hour.

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including high-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
