Salary Range

$19.61 - $24.51*

• Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.
• Demonstrates comfort in flexing all communication styles and establishes positive interpersonal relationships.
• Evaluates progress against key performance drivers and assesses organizational opportunities and risks.
• Drives positive outcomes through objectives and measures while monitoring progress and results.
• Consistently generates and shares original ideas, tackling both simple and complex problems.
• Processes inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Follows direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
• Participates when needed in other store projects, including filling in merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.
• Locates requested merchandise within the store and completes orders placed by the customer.
• Provides excellent customer service and acts quickly to address the customers' needs.
• Performs ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with visual standards.
• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed in accordance with state driver’s license standards (select doors only).
