Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate)

Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)
OverviewResponsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.
Functions & Responsibilities- Generate Sales:
Responsible for meeting sales goals and measures, develops and maintains relationships with top customers, supports in-store event sourcing and execution. - Customer
Experience:
Ensures the store reflects Shep & Ian’s vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” to our customers through “Hosting the Party,” leads the store in email capture, educates new associates on best practices, ensures the customer wish list is current and customers are notified when products arrive. - Crew Development:
Assists with training new associates, fosters a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment, helps recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams, supports store and team‑building activities with the management team. - Operations:
Maintains efficient merchandise controls, maintains loss prevention awareness at all times, helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment. - Merchandising:
Helps maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives, contributes to weekly product feedback.
