Key Lead - Greenwich Avenue, Abercrombie & Fitch

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor and provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours may increase to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience is not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative and confidence.
• Adaptability and flexibility, ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.
• Engagement in applied learning and proactive thinking; strong work ethic.

Starting rate $21.00 per hour. (Recruiting pay range is $21.00–$21.00 per hour). The rate may be modified in the future.
