Merchandising Operations Associate

• Merchandise:
  • Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on the selling floor.
  • Follow directions to maintain standards in placement and presentation.
  • Participate in store projects such as floor recovery, supply replenishment and other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Fulfillment:
  • Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete orders placed by the customer.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address the customers’ needs promptly.
  • Handle ad‑hoc responsibilities as required.

• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise – up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with visual standards.
• Computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and proprietary platforms).
• Flexible schedule and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle when required.

Salary Range: $19.61 - $24.51*
