Overview
As a Beauty Advisor you are the face of the store, welcoming every client with warmth and confidence. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations you help clients feel confident in their beauty choices. You’ll work in a flexible schedule (full‑time, part‑time or flex) and uphold Sephora’s standards for inclusivity, teamwork, and a beautiful retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized beauty experiences:
Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs. - Demonstrate product expertise:
Share knowledge to educate and empower clients. - Stay ahead of trends:
Keep up with the latest products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice. - Drive results:
Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. - Maintain a beautiful space:
Support inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, welcoming environment. - Foster inclusivity and teamwork:
Promote culture of openness and empowerment. - Uphold Sephora standards:
Follow company policies to create a safe, secure, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours:
- Full Time: 30–40 hrs/week
- Part Time: 15–29 hrs/week
- Flex (as needed): 4–14 hrs/week
- Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Previous experience providing excellent service in retail, hospitality, or client‑focused roles.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
